Settings Have No Filters With Safari iPhone Browser
Yahoo email started sending all mail to my Trash Folder on July 7th, now fixed, but Yahoo could have made this much easier for me and the many who use their Smart Phones for email.
If iPhone users have their email hacked and the hacker uses a PC to access Filters in Settings, the hacker can Filter all your email directly to the Trash Folder. iPhones using the Safari Browser and possibly other Browsers do not have access to Filters in Settings. So, we have no way to undo what the hacker did unless we go to a Library with Public PCs and undo the hacked Filter Settings.
Yahoo needs to provide universal access to Filters in Settings regardless of the Hardware device used for email access.
To find and delete Filters added by an email hacker, click Settings, click More Settings, click Filters in left column and remove or click the Trash Symbol for all Filters shown there.
