I want to use the desktop site on ipad. Ipad safari can request the desktop site, but yahoo mail is ignoring this.
I want desktop view on my iPad. It has a large enough screen an it is essential that I be able to read the entire subject line to sort my emails.
Safari comes equipped with a feature to ask for the desktop view. But yahoo mail is ignoring it.
As I see that this issue as come up and been closed many times with no changes. I will begin the process of migrating my email use to one of your competitors and will recommend that all yahoo mail users with this issue do the same.

Gmail allows nearly the full length of the screen to read the subject of an email. So it is technically possible.

Sometimes, people will want to quickly identify emails to delete. Having the massive preview pane is a pain. When I sort through emails. I want the email mail list to be the biggest part or my ipad screen (i.e., desktop mode). why is yahoo being so difficult?
