Better tech support and customer service
I had a computer client this weekend who was unable to login to her email for three days. On Friday I spoke with a person here in the US who said he saw what her problem was, gave a case number and told me to wait at least 12 hours and not login. I waited 24 hours, called the same number (a pay for support number which is your only option) and was now speaking to someone in the Philippines which is who you hire for after hours. After being hung up on three times I finally got to a supervisor who basically told me that unless my client had entered her cell phone in her account to recover they could do nothing. What changed from Fridays “sure, I see what her problem is. Just call back the next day and let us login to the account to fix this” to “there is nothing we can do”. I even asked if they wanted money to fix her problem and was rudely told that they have thousands of issues to fix and she should have entered a recovery phone number so it is her own fault that her account is locked and will not recover. This is very poor and unacceptable customer service. I have been able to restore Google accounts easily but your service is lacking. If this is the best that you can do then every service that is forced to use you should leave and I will be contacting them and letting them know how poorly you operate. Shame on you. I will have enough negative action on you in a week so that you will be non- operational and insignificant. You are a poor service and should just close your doors.
