You sent me an email about storage and offered tools to manage it. I followed that link, you asked me to sign in to the Yahoo Mail that I was already signed in to because I was reading your email.

Then you asked me to verify that I was me, so had to go back to the app to do that.

Then you asked me why I'm using the browser that you switched me into and gave me a link to install the app that I already have and that I just used to verify myself.

In the end I followed the link to the tools again and you took me to my mailbox AND STILL HAVEN'T GIVEN ME ANY OF THE TOOLS.

Really, what IS the point??

Oh, and now I have to sign in again despite having been signed in so asking and having signed in once more as well.
