EVERYTHING in my mail has disappeared. Empty inbox, Empty old mail. Empty trash. Empty folders. Empty favorites. Email contacts. Just a big old blank. Can't find out how to fix it. Don't have a "@yahoo.com" name, just a "@sbcglobal.net" name that I've had for years, on yahoo.com.

Should at least allow reverting to Classic that is functional until the issues are worked out with new versions. Having a non functional contact lists makes me want to change email products

I too prefer the classic version of Yahoo mail But I could be ok with the new version if Yahoo would fix one feature: how one adds a filter. I use a lot of filters on my inbox to move incoming mail to other folders. With classic mail, I could right click on an email and the pop up menu would have an option to "filter emails like this" which would populate the source address and create the filter quickly. The new version makes you enter everything manually or with cut and paste, which is a giant pain in comparison. It never fails to amaze how software developers will make something worse by removing a feature that worked well.

All of a sudden new inbox appeared - I don't like it, I don't want it. Please go back to Classic version. Notre Dame is burning now and I have to deal with this on my computer. You didn't ask me if I wanted it - it just switched automatically. Please give me back MY old inbox!!!

I agree. I've spent nearly an hour trying to figure out why I can't add new contacts to an existing group list only to discover that the "directions" on Yahoo Mail don't work at all. What a mess! Get it together, Yahoo!

I don't like ads mixed in with my messages, keep them separate.

I think I need to switch over to my google account permanently, I'm tired of Yahoo mail being extremely slow to load because of all the ads.

The new version is completely non-functional. All contacts info is impossible to arrange. Can't delete or add from lists and groups, which is a HUGE point of functionality for email. Why oh why did you get rid of the option to go back to classic mail without giving the possibility of using so much functionality in the new version? In addition, all of your help topics are inaccurate and incorrect. Get your ducks in a row and don't force a non-functional system on the users.

It actually hurts to look at this new version. And for the love of goodness, people have been telling you for LITERALLY YEARS that they don't all want their inbox broken up by days. I know, because I have been one of them. REPEATEDLY. This is unusable and hideous.

PLEASE! This screwed up version is killing me. If I forward something, My "sent" folder shows a "sent to" name that is one of the copy holders of the original message (I did NOT send anything to that person; so why is he listed?) If there are several messages back and forth, the latest message is at the bottom and can't be found without a lot of scrolling. This is ****. Who thinks like this? How can this be better than the previous version?
