The can't cut list is useless in College Football. NFL has finite options and can see the oppotunity for misuse.
College teams have 3+ as many players that perform at high level from week to week depending on matchups. Can't cut list doesn't allow us to utilize those matchups to win with under performing or 'shut downs' on our roster because YOU have deemed them an elite player which some will not be for the whole season.
