How can I change the phone number or security questions on old accounts being used by hackers
How can I change the security questions or cell phone number since I've had to change mine in order to regain access and permanently delete accounts being used by hackers?

There have been a group of malicious hackers utilizing my emails and addresses while I hv been in jail for 10 mos. Today my entire iPhone 10r was totally hijacked and I lost everything. I have been a longtime client of yahoo and need to get my contacts back along w sensitive info about my children. They are posting hateful stuff about them.
