Follow Up to earlier message regarding lack of Push option
Earlier this morning, I wrote to you regarding the lack of a “push” option for Yahoo email on the native iPhone mail app. In the short time since I wrote my comment/suggestion for your improvement, I have again missed another email in a timely fashion that would have allowed me to register to receive the Covid vaccine. I realize you are trying to manipulate and control by forcing people to use your app but I find it to cutesy and not as user friendly. I am angry. You would think, at least during this time of the pandemic crisis with so many people working from home needing important communication and many waiting anxiously for updates on vaccine availability, that you, as a company, would be compassionate enough to allow people the opportunity to receive their email as quickly as possible regardless of the app they prefer. This should be an easy fix for you and would be beneficial to many. As I said, I have missed several chances to receive the vaccine because of your issue. I am very careful about wearing a mask, social distancing and leaving home unnecessarily. If I should get Covid before I am able to be vaccinated, I will consider Yahoo largely responsible. Time for you to develop a social conscience.
