1. AG Merrick B Garland + DOJ

   The current AG is the 86th attorney general + is the nation's Chief Law Enforcement Officer. Lead DOJ's employees, who work all across the USA + in 50 countries worldwide. Under the AG's leadership, DOJ is dedicated to upholding the rule of law, Keeping our Country Safe & Protecting the Civil Rights of All Americans. The Judiciary Act of 1789 created the office of the Attorney General. The AG represents the USA in legal matters generally + gives advice + opinions 2 the President + the Heads of the Executive Departments of the Government when so requested. In matters of exceptional gravity or importance, the AG appears in person before the Supreme Court. Since the 1870 Act, the DOJ as an Executive department of the government of the USA. The Judiciary Act of Sept 12, 1789, makes the AG position the 4th in of creation by Congress of those positions that have come to be defined as Cabinet Level Positions. Project Safe Neighborhoods- a nationwide initiative that brings together Fed, State, Local + Tribal law enforcement officials, prosecutors + community leaders to identify the most pressing violent crime problem in a community + develop comprehensive solutions to address the issues. 18 U.S Code 201- Bribery of public officials + witnesses, (1) Public Official- Member of Congress, Delegate, Resident Commissioner, either before or after such official has qualified as an officer, employee, or person acting for or on behalf of the U.S or any department agency or branch of Gov, thereof, including the Dist of Columbia, in any official function, under or by authority of any such Dept, agency, Branch of Gov or a juror. (2) The term "Official Act" means any decision or action on any question matter, cause, suit, proceeding, or controversy, which may at anytime be pending or which maybe by law be brought before any public official in such officials capacity or in such officials place of trust or profit. The office of the AG spelled out the argument that the President wouldn't face criminal charges while still in office. However, the VP wouldn't have the same short-term immunity + could face criminal charges while performing his or her Constitutional duties. Lists of efforts to impeach both the President + Vice President of the US from office in 2 separate proceedings. 1st) One takes place in the House of Rep, which impeaches the VP by approving articles of impeachment through a simple majority vote. 2nd) Proceeding the impeachment trial takes place in the Senate. There, conviction on any of the articles requires a two-thirds majority vote and would result in the removal from office (if currently sitting) and possible debarment from holding future offices. (A) Procedure- A loophole was filled in a change of rules during the impeachment trial of Pres Bill Clinton in 1999, prior to this charge, Vice Pres was authorized to preside over an impeachment trial of themselves the Senate has now authorized the Chief Justice to preside in such circumstances. (B) Upon determination that such officers have engaged in treason, bribery or other high crimes + misdemeanors. Impeachment is one of the various checks + balances created by the Constitution, + is a crucial tool for potentially holding Gov Officers, accountable for violations of the law + abuse of power. Rooted in various Constitutional provisions, impeachment is largely immune from Judicial review.

2. Here are just 7 Responsibilities of the President

   1) Chief of State- This means he is our Morale booster when we need it + a pat on the back when we need it. He serves as America's moral compass + the living symbol of our Country (2) Chief Executive- 3 branches of Gov, Legislative, Executive + Judicial. The President is the head of the Executive Branch, along with the VP + his cabinet. (3) Legislative Power-Our country's Legislative branch handles the legislature. Creating bills doesn't involve the President, but plays a major part in making bills a law. His most well-known relationship 2 the Legislative branch is the right 2 veto. (4) Chief Diplomat- The President is not just the face of the country at home-he's the face of the country to the rest of the world as well. To maintain foreign relationships, the President must stay involved in world issues. (5) Commander-In-Chief- The President is in charge of our country's armed forces. A declaration of war speech is an example of a President acting as head of the armed forces, + is also responsible for day 2-day coordination of our troops. He inspects our Military's newest + most powerful weaponry and is in all conversations on strategic military decisions. (6) Chief of Party- The Oval office influences other offices to bring in the same party candidates. The President does this by campaigning on behalf of like-minded, same-party members. The more allies he has in Gov roles, the easier he can shape policy. (7) Guardian of the Economy- The President can help make or break the economy. The President has the power to grow or shrink the economy. The President works to decrease unemployment + create a booming economy. Whether the President does this successfully is constantly scrutinized. The President is skilled in economic matters, but few of them are experts. Most of the economic work the President does is actually thanks to true experts in the field. The job of the President is not one to take lightly, with all that is expected of them they have a lack of sleep + high stress. The normal average is 5-6 hrs of sleep while in the office.    We should be able to post comments the fact that comments are suspended is ridiculous, in my opinion yahoo! Can post whatever story they want without any feedback and that is not right, it shouldn't matter if it hurts someone's feelings or if you or I disagree, everyone should have a right to share their opinions and thoughts, even though I am against it yahoo! Can monitor the comments and if you don't like what someone says then ignore it or simply don't respond to it, I am not someone that writes alot of comments but I would like the option to do so

9. Take that FAKE news story that is REALLY AN ADVERTISEMENT (but stuck in the middle of a list 5-6 "real" articles) OUT...CLICKBAIT

   Title is fairly obvious, I believe...just like your stupid "disguised" Ads...it still serves your purpose (creating impressions), even when not clicked, so you won't change it, but if you were REALLY interested in re-making YAHOO into what it was originally (A GIANT...THE GIANT), you would do it...let the NEWS be the NEWS...OPINION be OPINION and ADS be ADS...engagement tracking belongs to be MUCH MORE SOPHISTICATED & SUBTLE (20 YRS LATER...13 AT LEAST...SEEMS SO MUCH LONGER...sigh) than "clickety-dickety, we-all-know-that-trickety"

15. Yahoo News Notification technical glitch

    For the past several days, my Yahoo News Notifications that pop up, will pop up fine, but as soon as I tap or push News button to open up the article, it says "Oops, Something went wrong. Try again later." I can no longer open up ANY Yahoo News articles any more this keeps happening to me. Please fix this immediately. I'm not happy with this. Now since I tried to get technical support to help me fix this, they want me to pay $5 per month. This is absolute ********. I'm not paying $5 for a technical glitch issue that you guys must fix anyway. You must fix this immediately. Fix it now.
