User comment organization
Comment organization needs improvement. The ability to see all your own posts in one place. The ability to view linked comments, without the need to page through 59 pages of unrelated comments. Clicking on a comment should bring up the comment related to it sorted by time stamp.

Don’t force me to download an app!
Maybe you should let me continue to use your website to respond to comments instead of forcing me to download an app that can’t even manage to open to any page except the home page. When I click on a reddit link, it opens in the reddit app and I don’t have to try to search for it again. Not true with the Yahoo app. Absolutely useless.

Replies are now out of chronological order (on iPhone)?
This Ap keeps getting worse and worse. It’s almost impossible to track a conversation in the reply section. Posting history is, once again, inaccessible (on iPhone) and NOW replies are in some sort of scrambled order making it all but impossible to find your earlier posts or see what people are replying to (in a long string).

Deleting posts
Why are my posts disappearing when they contain no profanity, descriptions of *** acts or violence threatened? Almost always contain facts - as the news sees them - pulled from news stories.
Only one reason left - you don’t agree with my point of view.
But you let liberals call names, cuss, threaten violence and their posts stay.
People are starting to see through your agenda driven

So you have AGAIN deleted my questions in feedback about censoring me.
Your hypocrisy knows no limits.
You have blocked my username of thinkinthat that I have had every since yahoo started comments. Since 2003 I think it says on my account but you will not say why.

What a horrible app. I click on my comments from the regular yahoo website. It forces me to the mobile app but doesnt take me to the article
If youre going to force people to download the app at least make sure it can link back and forth to the news article that directed the user to the app in the first place. Inept ecommerce team obviously doesnt even use their own creation

Name calling
I read many articles, I read the comments and from time to time I comment, but some of those who disagree with anothers comment resort to name calling, not nescessarily cursing but things like “you stupid moron” etc. and the new words “libtard, trumptard”
You need to clean up your comment section , this is one readon we have a divided country, because people are in a comfort zone at home behing a keyboard -
Notifications
Please put notifications somewhere on the main page so as to more easily access them. Making me click through two different pages is not a very good design choice

Video and audio begin to play even when the setting is never play. You can turn it off manually but when you scroll the article, it begins.
Make never play the default and make it work! I cannot read Yahoo News in a public place.

Fake Notifications
Please, for the love of all that’s right and holy with the world, STOP telling me I have ‘breaking news’ notifications. At the very least, provide users the ability to opt-out of such nonsense. Yahoo! hasn’t a CLUE what I do, or do not, want to read and, believe it or not, I’m quite capable of tapping on those I do - without the nonstop, ever present, always in users faces red dot notifications.

No feedback
Yesterday - March 8th 2020 - my feedback stopped showing any new responses or news stories. Tried rebooting iPhone which usually fixes weird problems but still nothing new. Although I can go into old comments and see that people have thumbs up or down a comment but I get no notifications.

Please STOP the auto collapse of posts. On the longer posts it is very infuriating to have it collapse several times while trying to read it.

Stop covering up certain words and be more flexible with word usage
You allow words that you cover up, like Nazi and ****. Why? People can't understand what others are saying, which contradicts your rules guidelines. It is like you being a troll, by deciding that certain non swearing rules or Nazis deserve symbols instead. Can one of your Nazi employees explain that?
