What happened to my comments icon?? I can no longer see/use comments!!

Suddenly I have no icon to see comments, cannot post comments and cannot see previous comments. What gives??!

    Where is the comment bar? I can see a lot of people asking the same question, what I don’t see is an answer from yahoo.
