How can we improve New Yahoo Mail Basic?

There's no help, you press help and it doesn't take you where you need to go. I am not receiving any emails. nothing pops up in my inbox at all. Even though i am sending emails from another account.. nothing pops up. please check in to this

    I'm having the same problems. But all my incoming mail is going to either Archive or Trash. For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to fix this. And, so true, there is no way to get a live person to talk to. The chat is obviously robotic.
