I would like to thank you for making a change recently which makes your mail application more difficult, time-consuming, and annoying than previously.

Previous to this thoughtless change, whenever I opened an email, and scrolled down the page, if I decided I didn't want or need to take any further action, I could simply move my cursor to the top of the page I was on, where I could find the "Delete" button, and delete the email.

Now, if I open an email which has a large amount of data, requiring that I scroll quite far down the page, if I wish to take any action at all I must scroll all the way back up the page, in order to find a button to Delete, Move, or Save the email, because the header has not moved down with me as I scrolled down the page!!

Now I realize that no one cares any longer about making life easier for customers, and instead are finding ways to squeeze more money from we poor silly slobs who are using your software. It is patently obvious that this is a strategy to motivate people to upgrade to the "Premium" version of Yahoo Mail, and pay you a fee for the use of your program.

But I assure you that after seeing the ridiculous changes you've made recently, I will spend my time online searching for a friendlier, more convenient, easier-to-use mail program.

I will never "upgrade", I will never pay. Thank you for being just as greedy and avaricious as so many other outfits. Shame on you!!
