This Yahoo email change to caused too many issues. We as a company have lost almost 1 year of very valuable emails which include job plans for contractors we service as well as many emails from them concerning updates or changes to those plans. You cannot seach multiple months with having to click from page to page. There should be some settings to allow for changes to keep things the way they were. I have tried calling for assistance is trying to retrieve the thousands of emails lost and held for over 20 minutes and then was just cutoff from the call. Very poor customer service and no warning of these drastic changes.
