  3. Please bring back the original basic yahoo mail.

    Nobody likes this new format and it is not better by any means!!!! Why change a good thing? And I don't understand why you can't let us have the option to keep something we liked and was used to.

  4. Put back an old classic mail, no one likes this new style of Ice Age mail ! instead 1 step doing 5 steps to move, delete and etc

    Just give me back an old mail for fast working. I have no time to select an actions, press a lot of buttons to do smth . Also I do not need hundred of pages at my mail! why do you return us back at the Past???????

  8. How many hates does it take you to listen???????

    Used to be able to put one letter in the compose and you would get all e-mails related to that letter, Now you have to go find one at a time to send multiple address, What is wrong with yahoo, I have read 6 pages of I HATE THIS FORMAT, and you all just ignore us. Where did you find these idiots that made this change. I have just set up a g-mail account, yahoo is awful now and you do not seem to care about your customers...…….

  14. Today I got my contacts back.. thank you. I hated having to go and look for who I wanted to send the email to.

    I was having to use my other email account because I hated this new format so much. Today yahoo actually suggested contacts again when I started to use my email. Thank God. I hope they do not change this again.

  16. its not about the new mail, i want to know why i cant sign in to yahoo mail at the public library ,yes my mail so i can print coupons off

    why cant i sign in to yahoo any more at the library so i can print off coupons .yahoo says they dont reconize my pass word . what is that about.

  20. You are forcing the new way of signing in on me. I hate it! You are also forcing me to use Chrome.

    I use Norton and you keep saying the password is wrong. Yet when I get the message with code from you I am able to log in with no problem. I do not like this and am seriously considering closing both of my accounts if I'm unable to get the old way. You should not FORCE PEOPLE TO USE YOUR NEW AND IMPROVED METHOD.
