There is NO settings icon for the new Yahoo e-mail version!! Where is it??

No settings icon. Unable to return to classic e-mail version. New version is HORRIBLE!!

    i can not find the icon setting for my yahoo version where is it and why i can not send email to my email contact which appear automatically
