    Among other changes you have made (all bad):
    - no more option to include bold type in an email
    - adding names to "To" is harder, since I now have to scroll to the end of the last name added rather than just clicking in the "To" box as before.
    - clicking "BCC" while composing an email used to allow me to follow up by clicking on a sublist, and checking the boxes for those I wanted to include in my message. Easy and convenient! Now, clicking BCC opens my entire contact list with check boxes -- but when I select an individual sublist, there are no check boxes. If I want to message 20 people on a sub-list, I must either email each one individually from the sublist, or scroll through my list of several hundred contacts, trying to recall which are on that sublist. Needless to say, this is a tremendous hassle.

    You are probably trying to make "basic" so inconvenient that people will switch to the new Yahoo. However, this could backfire.

    I have stayed with Yahoo because I'm familiar with the features and everything works easily. I can think about my work, not about the mechanics of how to do it. But if I have to learn a whole new system, maybe it's time to switch to gmail.

    Please restore the previous setting, more easy to access than this one..... arrange back my mail to its order.

    I am so angry right now with Yahoo. I log on, and the layout has been changed. With no option to revert to the previous look. I don't like the change, and I don't want the change. I've had my Yahoo email account for about 14 years. Please provide an option to return to the previous layout or I am done with Yahoo mail. I want the look of the older version back. This version's look is an annoyance, not an improvement.

    What happened to the format of yahoo mail? I came here to see if anyone else commented that they hated the new format, or that Yahoo just went ahead and changed it without notification. I came here and found out that is what EVERYONE is commenting about. Yahoo, pleases stop screwing with your users - we don't want your new mail format. And, we refuse to give you more personal info such as phone number, alternative email addresses, etc., for you to loose to the next hacker!

    New classic display is AWFUL. No settings available to even modify it. Who has a bright purple header and barely visible mail font? I can't even see what I have. Then this morning it shows I have mail received at 11:30 am --- except its only 8:40 am . . .. HELLO?? Am I in the future??!? And there's no way to even go in and set my time zone in settings??????? I'll never understand why yahoo continues to try to be something they never will be . . . which was exactly why so many of us used it.
