Don't force your new version on users ... give us the option of keeping the old version.
Some users might prefer the new look, but let us decide for ourselves ... don't force it on us.

Yahoo STOP Changing our emails. It worked FINE before. YAHOO misinforms users by telling them to upgrade Chrome, so when we upgrade the Chrome, YAHOO changes your mail anyway!!!!

Exactly like everyone else says. Basic email is just that, basic. Don't change things just to change them or justify someone keeping their job. You have your fancy version to mess with, just leave the basic version basic.

Why are you trying to fix something that was never broken? Give us back the previous version of Classic Mail and then LEAVE IT ALONE!

Thank you!!! I still log into 1 of my account from time-to-time not being aware that they changed the layout of the email which is so FRUSTRATING when companies do that.
First, Hotmail/Outlook...as soon as Outlook took over for hotmail, literally NO option to go back to the Old format. I literally stopped using hotmail/outlook because of that reason. I hated the new layout there...and Now Yahoo...seriously No!
We should be able to choose if we want the Old Classic layout or the new layout. Way more than half the users prefer the classic layout because what we're used to and are comfortable with. As someone else mentioned within this same thread (not particularly this section), but they mentioned: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."
No wonder why Gmail and other e-mail servers are becoming more popular because they don't force changes on any of their users. If Yahoo doesn't allow me to go back to basic for the email layout aspect, then they're gonna lose a ton of their users including me.
Honestly, it doesn't matter how big the company is, but they NEED to STOP making changes WITHOUT their users' Permissions. For example: They should have surveys come out first for all their users to take and supposedly vote on and if there's a majority that say: "Keep classic version," then they should stick with that.

I agree. Change it back. What is wrong with management types? Why do management types love to wallow in making extremely bad decisions? Instead of making Yahoo email more difficult to use and more difficult to read, you should focus on making Yahoo email easier to use and easier to read. In fact, change it back to how it was and then on top of this, make it even easier to use than before.
