I have spent hours trying to figure out how to add contacts to lists and I Still can't find out how to do it.
I will need to leave if I am unable to do this extremely soon.
Then I tried to switch back to the old version per the help page and couldn't do that either! -

Is this going to be fixed soon? I MUST have the ability to add/delete from lists. I will have to leave Yahoo if this isnt fixed very soon.

Whatever you have done to Yahoo is frankly quite disgusting and confusing. I deplore it and will probably have to switch to gmail

So now Yahoo is trying to shake me down for $3.49 a month not to be overwhelmed with ads in my inbox?

Where is all of the information I had on my contacts? Why in the world did you change my contacts? Bring back all of the information I had now. I hate this new version and resent that you are so pompous as to decide what I want.

I so disappointed to use you for my business email account. You have made it impossible for me to create my mailing list. this is pathetic.

THIS NEW VERSION SUCKS IT APPARENTLY DOES NOT WORK FOR ANYONE ....AND YOUR INSTRUCTIONS SUCK AS WELL...DO RETURN THE OLD VERSION OF CONTACTS BACK..YOU DID NOT EVEN GIVE US THE CHOICE OF WHICH VERSION WE WANT THE NEW OR THE OLD..IT APPEARS ALL OTHERS ARE UPSET AS WELL ABOUT LOSING NUMEROUS CONTACTS IN THE NEW VERSION. I HAVE LOST VERY IMPORTANT NUMEROUS CONTACT INFO THAT I STORED IN MY CONTACT ACCOUNT.. I SHOULD SUE YOUR ***** FOR NOT GIVING US THE PROPER WARNING THAT THIS WAS GOING TO OCCUR SO WE COULD HAVE AT LEAST PRINTED OUT A CONTACT LIST WITH THE INFO INFORMATION... PERHAPS THE REST OF THE USERS WHO HAVE BEEN HARMED IN THEIR BUSINESS DEALINGS MIGHT WANT TO START A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT....UNBELIEVABLE!!! gIVE US BACK THE OLD VERSION QUICKLY!!!!

The instructions for importing csv files into contacts seem to be silly dreams; they don't correspond to anything I see on the entire page. It was so simple in gmail. This is such an obtuse program.

If this is not fixed soon, I will switch my email service.

Yahoo please provide an update for when this will be addressed!!! I can no longer see contacts in my list unless they have an email address and I can no longer edit existing contacts.
-
Charlie Turner commented
Cannot edit contact lists at all now! The instructions you have on how to edit contact lists is absolutely wrong. There is no "add" or "remove" contact from lists at all. The only option is to completely "delete" a contact. Really?????
