Give us access to our old emails and contacts. Yahoo sucks!
I was never notified that Yahoo would delete all my precious emails from when my mom was alive and my old contacts. User beware, Yahoo has become a business you can't rely and trust. Will probably delete this account, maybe they intend to charge you for having a simple account in a year or two, no thanks.

Real Help
My idea is that Yahoo users can actually get help when they truly need it. What can a user do when they try repeatedly to delete or move to spam, and nothing happens. Where it had worked but now doesn't, and no changes were made, I'd say actually being able to talk or chat with a real live person, is required. If it's an issue that a prepared options list and suggestions are given, a real live person at Yahoo may not be necessary. But when it's an issue that's over the average person's head, it'd sure be nice to…

I wait for OTP for 30mins, every 6mins I need to resend, always Lag while waiting for OTP. If you can not support already please shut down the company, don't shame here. Rubbish Email.

My keypad isn’t responding on my Yahoo email app.

Do not put incoming mail in trash folder!
Why are you suddenly putting incoming mail in trash folder? Missed a lot of vital information because of this ”feature” I haven’t asked for. Mail sent to me in response to my mails aren’t trash. Neither are mail from my contacts.
