    Please consider granting me access to and restoring my past emails. My username and password were still active, I don't comprehend how you arbitrarily accessed the account and took possession of personal information exchanged between me and my contact list. I also have copies of passports, ID's' and military related forms. You totally mishandle these email accts putting them at risk for identity theft amongst other issues. When you deactivate your car alarm, your alarm doesn't go away. Same concept for the content in our email accts. We should be able to use our account as little or as often as we deem convenient based on our lifestyles. Restore my emails please. I'd consider paying a fee for the restoration.

    I not getting my Yahoo mails again even when there was security treats to my account by someone else within US and I quickly reset my password until now I seen fresh mails coming in to my email. Yahoo look into it urgently.

    This is a question which needs a timely and FREE answer. My account(s) -2- were hacked. I changed my pass word , twice, on both. I was not getting any emails but could send. Your FAQ said to check the add carefully and if not correct go into "settings" then "more settings"....there is nothing that comes up that says more settings. So now what?! Do I just keep checking the trash? And to "reply" must I compose a new message instead of the "return" arrow?!?? TIMELY is the key word to remember when answering. Thank you

    I have not been getting ant emails in the last few days. Changed my password a few times but no help. At one time it said " not synching".
