Give us the ability to fix the issues for free without needing to pay for your premium to get it fixed. Some people cannot afford this.
My email has been hacked and I have to pay a premium to get it fixed . I was told otherwise I can go ahead and follow the article u see my yahoo help which is btw very unhelpful and not user friendly . When I followed the steps under that site I learnt that many features are not available under the email so you can’t Fix anything . Yahoo - you will loose many customers and receive plenty of bad reviews if you are not making this user friendly and free .
