Why is it so hard to change your sending name? I’ve tried so many times and your help page doesn’t work because it tells you to click on settings and then more settings, well there is no more settings option so what do I do now? For some reason, my sending email name is my middle name and people are getting confused. I changed my name in preferences but still that doesn’t change my sending name. Please make this easier because it’s so frustrating.
