Poor communication & excessive charges
You have sent us 3 reminders to edit our payment details after we cancelled our Pro subscription. Your records show that subscription has not been renewed...so stop pestering us with emails. Agree with others that US$39.99 is grossly excessive!

I've been a Yahoo mail customer since 1996. The email platform is not even keeping up with other systems (no push mail yet), but yet they increase the cost to $40 - I'm in the process of weening off of Yahoo.

I have tried 3 times to respond to cancel this service of Mail Pro and I keep receiving an email to cancel. I would like to have this service canceled and please quit using past credit cards on file to renew the service.
