How can we improve Yahoo Mail for Mobile Web?

Please allow long standing users to restore their emails. I lost over 15 years of emails/records due to yahoo deactivating my account

Please allow users to restore email accounts. I log in using alternate methods but my account was still deactivated. Please assist with this as yahoo is my primary account for email.

    I've just had to reset my password and was met with the same thing, many if the lost emails were "starred" and were u credibly personal.

    Stupidest shit I've ever seen in my life! 13 years of emails gone! I check my emails and reset passwords through my account.. so how is that grounds for an inactive account?? They really do need to restore our emails!
