HORRIBLE
I have been forceably switched to your new mail version. Since you do not care about the millions of user comments, I will force myself to switch to GMail. It is one thing to design something that is not user friendly, poorly design, with mail mixed with ads. Literally, every time I try to open an email, my screen jumps and an ad opens instead. Wow - so tricky, Yahoo! My bigger issue is that the design is so horrible that even business emails are going into spam. I lost a job yesterday, because I did not know that one of three emails, from the same email address, was forced into the Spam folder from your horrible layout and design. Not listening to your customers is one thing. Causing them to lose income because your new mail is horrible is a whole other issue, and you just don't care.
