Quit forcing your customers to use your new designs and "improved versions" of your email. Leave things alone and keep it simple!!!!
Quit making your email services more complicated than it needs to be. Why don't you offer a basic version for your customers who don't buy in to all the **** that you include and calling it "new and improved". You used to be No 1 in email services now you rank #4.....doesn't that tell you geniuses anything about what people are looking for.....keep it simple, clean and without all the bells and whistles that your staff thinks we want to have.....that's called clutter and useless features!
