This new format is a royal pain in the butt. I have emails missing, I cannot locate other emails, the search does not work properly. Please explain exactly WHAT this change was supposed to accomplish because so far all it has done is **** me off. You have successfully diminished my ability to locate needed emails and that is affecting my business. I am searching for other forms of email. There has to be something better than this ****. Maybe this works in Japan, but not HERE!!
