There is a spammer with hundreds of subdomains

By using these "MyIP" (followed by a number, then a domain) subdomains he can spam me with thousands of emails, which soon fill up my 1000 addresses that I can block and then I have to delete a lot of the blocked ones so I can block his new ones. Why can't you block EVERY one that STARTS with "MyIp".
