Undesired contacts suggested that are not in my contact list. The help solution absolutely is a fake.

It STINKS when I select a contact based on your suggestions only to receive an error for undeliverable mail &, upon researching, finding that that email had been marked by me to be deleted.

I cannot permanently delete an invalid email address that does not show up on contacts. Where are these stored so that I can delete them?
