How can we improve Yahoo Mail?

I can't recieve e-mails

People have been talking about their e-mails getting deleted, but mine aren't just deleted. I haven't been recieving any new e-mails. I've been trying to verify one of my old accounts for something with this e-mail for almost an hour and so far there have been no verification e-mails sent to me. It's getting extremely annoying, and It's making me glad I switched to gmail.
