I've noticed several attempts from IP addresses outside the US that have tried to access my Yahoo account by requesting a new account code.
I think it would be a good idea to flag all IP addresses that attempt to access a person's account that are outside the US or are not near the location that is listed as the account holders address on the account. I have received several of these notifications for an account verification code from IP addresses in Russia, Ohio, and today from Vietnam. I've tried to send a notice of these actions but all I get is a mailer daemon response. I have security set where it has to be verified through my phone but if these kinds of attempts were flagged by the IP addresses making them, then maybe our accounts would be made that much more secure and we could get a listing of the hackers that are attempting to make these intrusions.
