How about human Customer Care instead of bots?
Got this complicated issues with email verification loop, where 2 emails had each other as verification email. The first bot didn't even understand the problem. It basicly said they can't help. After replying to that I got an auto message saying "you havent contacted us for 5 days". It all happened in 30min period. Thank god I had myself logged in on a phone. Great job, Yahoo. Great job, Shirley the bot.
