It seems on an IPad your new format doesn’t recognise and suggest contacts when composing a new email, when the old format does.
Ensure that the new format offers at least the helpful features of the old format. It’s very frustrating having to swap between.on an IPad to gain the features that should be old hat, so transferrable seemless without a second thought.
