Revamp your Spam filtering. Copy gmail at least
Your spam filtering is terrible. It blocks even legitimate email.
At least allow all emails to be delivered then put a big warning "this email is dangerous/phishing/wants to steal your information" in the email you believe is spam. Then confirm the action if the user chooses to open the email.
Block emails is so old school
