When you show a list of all contacts now, it looks like it is in alphabetical order, but it is not. The order is confused by being partly alphabetical and party influenced by how often you use the contact. You make it in alphabetical order by the first letters only and not on the whole contact name, because you made it be arranged by how often we send email to that letter section. It is very confusing that way. "To me , an alphabetic list should be TOTALLY ALPHABETIC. in all respects.

The person that helped me was very patient and helpful, but the bottom line was I was charged $9.99 to pass on to Yahoo a suggestion to make a contact list that was totally logical instead of being corrupted from being totally alphabetical. I think Yahoo should send me a $10 check instead. Carol Jory
