A COMPLAINT ABOUT HISTORICAL EMAIL CONTENT COMPLETELY WIPED OFF

Upon login to my mail yesterday 2/19/2020 after a while, I discovered that my email content have been cleared including those of my inbox, sent, document, photo, draft, folders, etc.

Having operated the email account for over 13 years, many of my research works have been sent, received or saved on this email. Those documents, however, are no longer on this email tray as all have been cleared. I am using this medium to urgently appeal to YAHOO INCORPORATED to help recover all content on my email trays or folders including those on inbox, sent, draft, photo, document, and other folders and also restore all back to my email trays as I have implicit confidence that ALL MAILS and CONTENT were backed up by your responsible teams. I look forward to receiving your positive feedback to attest that YAHOO INCORPORATED is an epitome of user friendliness, accountability and corporate social responsibility.
