1 – First Yahoo mail had the best in class email format.

2 – Yahoo mail took away our ability to text other Yahoo mail users and cell users. Being able to text my granddaughters cell was an asset to me. When texting was taken away my granddaughters school was on lockdown. They were told not to phone anyone but just to text parents/grandparents on what was going on. Needless to say we didn’t know what was going on.

3 – Yahoo best in class email format was taken away from it’s users and replaced with the Yahoo worse in class email format. That is not being looked into to fix problems.

4 – So instead of fixing parts of the worse in class email that apparently Yahoo had been working on Yahoo Groups. I also see that there is an App that does me and other users any good being we don’t even have a flip phone.

5 – If Yahoo Groups ends up like the new mail format I bet more users will be leaving Yahoo for a much better mail service.

6- Last but not least as it’s now on 5 months and my calendar is still not fixed!!!
