    For me, the print size is way too small and the darkness way too light. Can't figure out how to enlarge print nor darken print color. I'll have to switch email accounts if I can't get this changed.

    The new mail is absolutely horrible and a step backwards. It has turned into an AOL clone which is the WORST most Ad ridden, email platform out there.

    I agree... it worked and you could change more settings than this BUGGY newer version! Now I have duplicate emails in my sent box without a way to correct it. WHY!? Because I can't stop sending a copy to myself as I was once able to under TOOLS -> OPTIONS. Another Yahoo fubar because stuff they put out is no longer thoroughly tested as it should be. In too much of a hurry to get new products out... REGARDLESS of problems or inconvenience to users.

    Bring back the classic format. The new format is just too complicated. No matter how much one tries, it DOESN'T even come close to the classic format which way much better and easier to delete emails.

    When was the phone book listed by 1st name??? How can I print a contact list?? Is Yahoo run by complete idiots? Do you guys have anything to do with the Boeing 737 Max?? Fix this thing!

    This is going to be the final straw Yahoo..... first your news goes to shit, filled with ads acting like articles. Now your most basic service isn't working either??? Come on Yahoo, get it together

    Yahoo staff do not care of user completely. It is not easy for me to leave Yahoo but I will.
    Just listen to users or you loose them

    Over the past several weeks, intermittently get slow Yahoo email reactions to keystrokes and clicks depending on....who knows what!? A full moon maybe? Have tried today using Yahoo mail in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge with the same results. Have cleared all temp files and ran a disk cleanup. Extremely slow which is very frustrating.

    If Yahoo REFUSES to listen to the TOP RANKED most voted suggestion (because their new mail has flaws) therefore, the voting system is useless!!!! I am NOT Getting half of my GMAIL emails! I also have outlook, mail.com and they are getting gmails fine. It is definitely YAHOO's glitch!!! Also when you click "archive" 50% of the time you will NEVER see the email again. They don't care. Now they will lose users! Listen to your voters OR get rid of the voting system altogether - it's an insult!

    I find it impossible to find my contacts. I used to be able to search a name and the contact would come up with all of it's info....phone, address, etc. Not anymore. It's really difficult, nay impossible to find the info I need in the contact list. Nope. Hate this new system.
    Going to check out safari.

    Your new mail has scrambled contact list and it's impossible to add contacts to some lists.
    I want the old classic mail back!
    Will be searching for another provider if not corrected!
