Turn off this NAG because that's all it is.

I have ADHD, these pop-ups are a major hinderance. In fact, I'll go so far as to say they are anti-accessibility...

Agreed! I don't want advertisements for your password saver (sorry, Chrome already beat you to it), and I don't care about what Carrie Underwood is wearing.
I JUST WANT MY EMAIL. THAT'S ALL YOU HAVE TO DO - DELIVER WHY I AM HERE.

Yes, very annoying. Pop up blockers do not work, sadly. Does the Yahoo team sit down and try to figure out the best way to annoy their users?

Exactly!

So freaking annoying, it covers up my menu for my EMAIL, which is why I'm on the EMAIL tab. If I wanted TRENDING NEWS, I'd go to the home page. For the love of whatever Yahoo holds dear (I'm guessing $$$), please turn that thing off.

I DO NOT CARE what Yahoo thinks is trending. Why force this on us? If I want news I will seek news I do not want to force feed TRENDY news.

Up Vote! We use email to read, write, and reply to email. Please remove this feature and stop trying to shove gossip and "news" from the homepage into our day to day attempt to conduct business.

I can't find the setting to turn off trending either. Very annoying popup. Please remove or add a setting to disable.

I keep searching and can't find a way to turn this off. Yahoo, are you listening? These "features" should be opt in, not opt out, especially when there doesn't seem to be any way to turn it off.
