How can we improve Yahoo Mail?

Settings and feedback for settings DO NOT WORK!

You have started a new notification for "Breaking News"
My settings for notifications is SET TO OFF! Why am I getting the notification?
When I clicked on "Turn notifications settings on of off" and completed the feedback and then clicked "Submit", NOTHING HAPPENED! Multiple times!

    I also get UNWANTED pop-ups "Trending on Yahoo" that come up DESPITE THE NOTIFICATIONS SETTINGS BEING TURNED TO OFF!
