customer service is horrendous
It is absolutely ridiculous that there is NO way to get in contact with someone to help. Yahoo is a FREE email - one I've had for over 10 years . I called the only phone number available and it's to be charged $4.99. She then tells me to clear my cache and do all these other things which have NOTHING to do with what I'm asking. There's no email address to even email someone to ask for help. The "chat" feature is automated and not helpful. I can't find any topic in the yahoo "help" forum that has anything about a lost/accidentally deleted note. This is RIDICULOUS!!!!
