Eliminate "Drafts" unless I want a draft ......
WHY ARE MY EMAILS SAVED TO "DRAFT" AND NOT SENT UNTIL I HIT DRAFT AND THEN "SEND" AGAIN.

I don't want someone to use my draft. I want this person me to be blocked. he comes on my draft with bad things I don't want. I don't want this person's emails at all. He comes on me(no subject). How do I block all this spam? How can they do this, and how do I block this out?
