Not only is it hard to change the Subject line of an email you are forwarding, have to really search because subject line is missing when forwarding an email.... But it is also maddening that if you try to delete a larger section of the original email or delete the original "To and From" emails and date information that shows up at the top of a forwarded email (from the original creation of it)... if you delete these things, the whole conversation and what you were working on deletes itself! You have to hurry and hit "undo" at the top of the screen that pops up or you lose everything when that times out! Not Good Yahoo!! Should be able to highlight and delete anything when editing a forwarded email.
