Why can't you just have an email to contact you?
I do not even know why i have a Yahoo account. I have been calling the 800 number from by charge card statement to stop a billing for Yahoo Plus Secure which when i call shows I do not have an account with Plus Secure. Then I am transfers to some account person who asks 20 questions and then send me a text code to give them. They cannot understand I have simple phone and can perform only one service at a time and in order to read the text message I have to hang up read the text number and then recall the 800 number getting a new person and go thru the who shebang again. Why no just have a Email address so send the request too. Sound like Yahoo does not want to talk to real people and just sends them online from one list to another until one just gives up.

I agree a contact number should be provided. With my version of Yahoo I can't even add a new contact. To upgrade You Dogs want me to pay you for Yahoo premium. Forget that. I already have aol and gmail accounts. Goodbye yahoo, you losers.
