I don't like the way you changed my email account. Now I cannot look up someone's address, phone, etc. that I once had.

Lately Yahoo Mail is not working properly. When clicking on a message to select it opens it instead. It works fine in the app but not in the browser.
It seems you guys are giving more importance to the app than the browser.
Now when referring to the app, there are issues as well, it is working very slow and when deleting a message it doesn't go away from the inbox, it might because you are caching and not invalidating it after deleting.
You guys will lose a lot of email customer if you keep it up like this.Thanks

I have to continually dismiss which takes me back to the main window leaving the email I was in which means I can't use YM.

STOP notifying me about the ad-blocker!!! I want to use it and will still use it. I can switch to gmail in a minute if you don't stop it. Also, if I choose the classic view of the content, I expect all the time to see the content like that and not you to change it all the time and notify me afterwards about the ad-blocker!
Your service is getting worst! Stop fixing something that works. If you can't make money in a different way than notifying people what they should do, probably you should stop the service! -

Some of us didn't ask for all the new features in the first place. Remember my preferences please, it's not hard to do. It's this kind of behavior that causes people to use ad-blockers in the first place.

Stop bulling me about using add blocker! your deliberately freezing my writing and losing my correspondence you've become slimeballs! stop it!
Especially demeaning since many for many of us have been yahoo users for over 30 years. It looks as though Yahoo has turned to extorsion. knock it off ! your not going to create more members with this low grade behavior. -

Why did you have locked my email address's bright_qng@yahoo.com when this email I had paid $196.00 forever because of my email bright_qng@yahoo.com, which is following with my website's https://www.brightquang.net for the eighteen years.
Next, last year, you told me to fill in the form of claims of damages of my website's www.brightquang.net, because you have known my webistes was destroyed by your Yahoo.com company when you have sold my website's www.brightquang.net to third-party for many years in the past and this year you sold my email address's bright_qng@yahoo.com to Driver support one. in fact, on 27April 2020 that Driversupport/one had received $9.99 and included my www.Facebook.com/brightquang/, but it realsed its Malva scanning to destroyed my computer, it did not open my email's bright_qng@yahoo.com. And then, it told me to discount $4.99 per month. But I did not like when I do need a refund back. It had refund back when it always releasing its virus to my computer in order to destroy my computer and it has theft my private information from computers. I ask you , Why did not your resolve the damages' my webistes' www.brightquang.net when you, last year, have told me to claim? What can I do for my email address's bright_qng@yahoo.com because this is bright_qng@yahoo.com in which I have been studying for a Master's degree and so many of the important information about my private like?

I've been using Yahoo mail for 20 years. All of my business contacts have that email address. And I've stuck it out through all of Yahoo's problems. But today I got a message that I can't use my email unless I white list Yahoo with my ad blocker. Yahoo actually had the gall to word it as a "choice".
I put up with the frequent data breaches. I put up with the auto play videos until I finally found software to stop them. I put up with the other changes and made do. But this? No. This is a hard limit for me.
Now, I will call my cable provider and set up an email address with them and then send out mass emails to everybody updating my contact info. Awesome customer service, Yahoo! You've lost another one.

You can improve it by going back to your regular WORKING set up!! The time involved and the $$ lost so far is totally F---ed. I have to use five steps just to file an email! I've lost emails. I've lost customer accounts. WTF is your problem? You ever hear of IF IT AIN'T BROKE, DON'T FIX IT!!??? When are you clowns gonna stop trolling Trump and listen to your slowly evaporating customer base??

You keep trying to force me to turn off my ad blocker by partially crippling my email account so that I will begin to look at your ads. My family and I are not interested in things like available singles. I am seriously exploring changing my email to another provider. I think I can find one that will not attempt to force me to do something that I do not want to do. I already rate your service as having very little value and NEVER look at your news page which is hopelessly biased. Cut the crao if you want to retain customers!
