Using survey as a way to block my freedom of speech is ridiculous. Yahoo doesn't have the sense to notify people that you disagree with what someone says so you decide to block them and then run a survey to see how the person feels and why they use comments when it doesn't mean anything to yahoo. If I have said something to someone that they don't like then perhaps they should have thought about what they wrote if they can't handle feedback to their opinion they should not participate in feedback.
