With Ginsberg gone they think they will have the supreme court as their extreme right wing playground for decades. Well, not so fast. If they get that dream 6 - 3 neo cons. majority, they could easily kill the ACA and reverse Roe v Wade. And everyone lives happily after ... right?

But with millions cut from any form of health insurance and "choice" taken away from women - the vast majority of whom favor choice, neo cons. would than face the fury of the electorate. And I don't think it would be for one election cycle. Neo cons. might just use their packed supreme court to kill their party.

Let's not forget that a Democrat house, senate and presidency could very easily expand the supreme court to erase the right wing majority. The size of the court is a legislative prerogative.
