I sent for a ice maker that was supposed to come with a steel ice scoop. I ran into problems with it right off the bat. Had to contact the company when they never sent it. After some time they sent me a tracking number and said it was on the way. Sure enough it was. After what was like a enourmous amount of time it finaly came yesterday. All I got was the dam scoop. I got robbed. Now I have no way to contact them again. The ad is gone.TYVM Yahoo, another unhapp customer.
