STOP BEING SO CHEAP, HIRING FOREIGN CSR'S WHO ARE USELESS AND RUDE!
YAHOO YOUR WORTH BILLIONS, SO HOW IS IT YOUR TOO CHEAP TO HAVE AMERICAN BASED CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS WHO ACTUALLY GIVE A **** ABOUT THE USERS THAT SIGNED UP TO YOU!? CURRENTLY HAVING AN ISSUE WITH MY PASSWORD, AND THE PHONE NUMBER I HAD TIED TO MY ACCOUNT I LONGER HAVE. I CALLED FOR HELP AND WHEN THE OPTIONS THAT WERE GIVEN TO ME DIDN'T WORK, I WAS PRETTY MUCH TOLD OH WELL, THEY TOLD ME TO CALL BACK IN A COUPLE DAYS...IF SCANNING MY I.D. DIDN'T WORK THE FIRST 10 TIMES I TRIED IT, WHAT IN THE **** WOULD GIVE THESE FOOLS THE IMPRESSION THAT IT'S GOING TO WORK IF I CALL BACK IN 2 MORE DAYS AFTER WAITING 2 DAYS ...THEY JUST DONT WANT TO HELP! NOT TO MENTION THE 5 OR 6 TIMES I WAS HUNG UP ON ME! im just so ****** that i've been with yahoo for entirely too many years and this is the **** i get!? you have ****** customer service, some of these articles you post are misspelled, , ...yahoo are you that rich that you can't come up with someone who can spell to write articles or have knowledgeable customer service that actually gives a ****?...clean up your act yahoo
